New job seekers who lacks experience they face difficultiness during interview and lose their cofidence when it comes to pricing their salary.
I have selected a few things you can consider while pricing your salary. Naming your salary it is all about placing a price on your knowledge and effort you are about to make.
Think about the amount of work you’ll have to put in and the time it will take. Once you are clear about it you may focus on what you think you deserve.
Do a quick salary research. Find out how much (minimum and maximum) salary they pay for a new comer in the company, it should not too high or too less. Be sure to be realistic here because if you think you deserve an astronomical amount, recruiters will not choose you.
Daily expenses you will be incuring during working days. put into consideration the amout of money you will be spending for transport and meal. if you are staying near the office then it is good for you.
If agreed salary is less than your expenses ........
